Kennedy v. Cummings — $3,859,000

Wrongful death claim. Clients were family of a man who was on a motorcycle and hit by a truck. Police investigation put our client at fault. Case was tried and lost at the El Cajon Courthouse. We filed an appeal and it was granted- the Court of appeals reversed the verdict and remanded the case back to trial court for a re-trial. At the second trial, the outcome was a $3,859,000 jury verdict. Case was tried by Guy Levy and Otto Haselhoff (lead).

Estrada v. Garcia — $2,800,000

Judgment stemming from an auto v. pedestrian collision that occurred in Tijuana. Our client was struck by a vehicle that left the scene and crossed to the United States, leaving our clients behind and injured.
