About Scott White
Mr. White has more than 20 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and wrongful death cases and has successfully argued several cases before the Fourth District Court of Appeal. He is a member of the California State Bar and has practiced in both state and federal courts. Mr. White earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical & Research Technology from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore. Thereafter, he relocated to San Diego to pursue a Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law. During law school, he served as Editor in Chief of the California Western Law Review & California Western International Law Journal and was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Team. After law school, Mr. White furthered his legal education by earning a Master of Laws degree from the University of Washington School of Law, where he studied Intellectual Property Law. While there, he served as a publications editor for the Center for Advanced Study and Research on Innovation Policy. Mr. White is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Mr. White enjoys representing those who have been harmed due to the negligence of others. It is a matter of fundamental fairness. Those who have caused harm to others, even if it was the result of an accident, should have to bear the consequences of their actions. Mr. White believes that every client should have direct access to their attorney so that they can get the individual attention that their cases deserve. In his spare time, Mr. White enjoys riding motorcycles.
