Wrongful death claim. Clients were family of a man who was on a motorcycle and hit by a truck. Police investigation put our client at fault. Case was tried and lost at the El Cajon Courthouse. We filed an appeal and it was granted- the Court of appeals reversed the verdict and remanded the case back to trial court for a re-trial. At the second trial, the outcome was a $3,859,000 jury verdict. Case was tried by Guy Levy and Otto Haselhoff (lead).

Disputed liability trip and fall at Target resulting in surgical hip/pelvis fracture. Case was won through a jury verdict. Case was handled with co-counsel Otto Haselhoff.

Settlement from a clear liability rear end collision with damages dispute- client had a back surgery to alleviate the pain from the accident. Carrier offered $150,000 at mediation but ultimately settled for $1,150,000 right before trial. Case was handled with co-counsel John Gomez.
